WAVE Consulting & Solutions was established in 2020, a year to remember as it witnessed the Covid 19 outbreak.
The pandemic changed almost every aspect of our lives. New patterns of life and new routines have emerged and developed along with precautionary measures and a change in priorities as health and safety came at the top.
The pace of change has been precipitous. High levels of adaptation and flexibility are needed to deal with the emerging issues. Creativity and risk-taking are also needed to explore and capture new opportunities.
The pandemic has been a hard time that brought many challenges but also created great opportunities for self-reflection, awareness and change.
Throughout my career, I developed a special passion and interest in digital transformation & e-payments. This paradigm is changing the perception of money, buying and selling around the world. I have participated in various digital transformation projects and I led change and innovation in many financial institutions and companies in Egypt and GCC. My passion for digital transformation including e-payments along with my knowledge and experience shaped my career vision for the future and paved the way for transition.
I have always dreamt of running my own consulting business to help different stakeholders innovate and restructure their businesses to embrace new forms of technologies that would facilitate their work and increase their profits. However, I have never imagined that the push to start would come during a global crisis. With the onset of the pandemic, digital transformation became an integral part of life, along with social distancing, working online, e-shopping and e-learning. The pace at which the digital world was changing and taking over was overwhelming! And, it was time for me to take a leap forward and turn my dream into reality. It is amidst this crisis that WAVE Consulting came to light, to help businesses design and manage waves of change within the vast sea of opportunities created by the pandemic.
WAVE Consulting & Solutions is currently based in UAE and is aiming to reach the shores of the different countries in the MEA region to help them upgrade their business.

Founder & CEO
With over 25 years of experience in digital transformation, electronic payments and financial services, Eman brings in a comprehensive perspective to business consultancy. Throughout her years of work, Eman successfully created and implemented strategies and business models in various digital transformation & e-payment ecosystems.
Before establishing WAVE Consulting, Eman assumed key roles and positions in various banks and financial institutions. She significantly contributed to improving revenues in under-performing businesses in Egypt and GCC markets (UAE and Qatar) and led them to reach considerable market shares. She received several awards for her significant achievements including the Award of Excellence from MasterCard for her major contribution to the growth of the e-payment business.
